FAQ — Find Your Answers

What is the Digitalizard App?
It is the player we point new subscribers at: it reads your line, lays the channels out by country and genre, carries the on-demand library and fills in the programme guide. You are not locked into it — the same details work in any app that reads a standard playlist, so a player you already like will do.
How do I download the Digitalizard App?
Start from the app page, which lists a route per platform. Firestick and Android TV boxes use the Downloader app with code 5728794; Android phones, tablets and Smart TVs install from their own store. The setup guide walks through each route screen by screen.
What devices are compatible with the Digitalizard App?
Anything that can run a playlist player, which in practice covers: • Android phones, tablets and TV boxes • iPhone and iPad • Samsung, LG and Sony Smart TVs • Amazon Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube • Windows and Mac, in a browser or a desktop player. If your device is not on that list, ask us before buying and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
How do I install the Digitalizard APK on Android?
Install a player from the Play Store, open it, and enter the line details from your subscription email. If you are sideloading instead, Android will ask permission the first time you open a downloaded file — it offers a shortcut straight to that setting, so allow it for your browser and tap the file again.
What is Digitalizard IPTV?
A subscription that delivers 19,750+ live channels and a 71,000+ title on-demand library over your existing internet connection, in 4K, FHD, HD and SD. There is no dish, no aerial and no box in the post — you get login details and enter them into a player on the devices you already own.
How do I sign up for Digitalizard IPTV?
Pick a term and a number of simultaneous screens on the pricing page, then pay. Your line details arrive by email, normally within a few minutes. If you would rather see it working first, request a 24-hour trial — no card is taken.
Can I watch on multiple devices simultaneously?
Yes, up to the number of connections on your plan. A connection means one screen playing at the same moment, not one device you are allowed to install on — you can set the line up on the Firestick, the phone and the laptop, and a two-connection plan simply means any two of them can play at once.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email help@digitalizardiptv.shop and say you want to stop. Nothing renews on its own, so a plan you do not extend simply ends on the date you paid to. If you are still inside the window in the refund policy, mention it in the same message and we will process the refund alongside the cancellation.

How do I troubleshoot buffering or freezing?
Nine times out of ten it is the connection between your router and the device, not the stream. Worth trying in this order: • run a speed test on the device itself — around 10 Mbps holds HD, more for 4K • restart the device and the router • drop the quality setting in the player one step • move nearer the router, or run an ethernet cable if the device takes one • if it still stutters at a specific time each evening, tell support when and on which channel, because that detail is what lets us find it.
How often are new channels added?
Continuously, and without asking you to do anything. New channels and new titles appear in the list the next time the player refreshes. If a channel you relied on has moved or gone, tell support which one — that is usually a re-map on our side rather than something missing from your plan.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes — a full line for 24 hours, every channel and the whole on-demand library, on the same servers a paid subscription uses. No card is taken and nothing renews, so if you do not come back it just expires. Request one on the free trial page.
