Digitalizard IPTV ("we", "us") takes copyright complaints seriously and operates a notice-and-takedown process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. This page tells a rights holder exactly how to reach us and what happens next.
Below: where to send a notice, what it has to contain, how someone whose material was removed can contest that, and what we do about accounts that keep coming up.
1. Designated Agent
One address receives every copyright notice. Sending it there rather than to general support is what gets it handled quickly:
DMCA Designated Agent — Digitalizard IPTV
Email: help@digitalizardiptv.shop
Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Notice — [Brief description of content]
Please use the subject line format above to ensure your notice is routed to our copyright compliance
team immediately.
2. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
If you hold the rights to material you believe is reachable through the Service, send a written notice to the address above. To be actionable under § 512(c)(3) it has to contain all of the following:
-
Identification of the Copyrighted Work What the work is. Name the copyrighted material you own or represent. Where one notice covers many works, a representative list is enough.
-
Identification of the Infringing Material What is infringing it, and where. Say what the material is and where on the Service it sits. Give exact URLs, or enough detail that we can find it without guessing.
-
Your Contact Information How to reach you. Full name, postal address, telephone number and email.
-
Good Faith Statement A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
Accuracy Statement Under Penalty of Perjury A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
-
Physical or Electronic Signature A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose right is allegedly infringed.
A notice missing any of those elements may be treated as incomplete and may not get a substantive reply. If the claim matters to you, it is worth having a lawyer check it before sending.
3. Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where required
- Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown (where applicable)
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice so they may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was made in error
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your material was taken down and you think that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can file a counter-notification with the same agent at help@digitalizardiptv.shop.
- Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or in the district of New York if your address is outside the United States)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
A valid counter-notification is passed to whoever complained. If they do not tell us they have gone to court within the statutory period, the material may be restored after 10 to 14 business days.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts belonging to repeat infringers are terminated where the circumstances warrant it. We decide that case by case and in line with the law, rather than by an automatic counter.
We apply that judgement ourselves, case by case, within the law.
6. Misrepresentation Liability
Section 512(f) makes a knowing, material misrepresentation — that something infringes, or that it was removed by mistake — actionable. The person who filed it can be liable for the damages and costs it caused.
Both directions of this process rest on people telling the truth. Check every statement in a notice or counter-notification before you send it.
7. Good Faith Takedowns
We process notices in good faith on the information given to us, and we are not liable for acting on a notice that reasonably appeared valid at the time.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy applies from the moment it is posted and can be updated without notice, with changes effective on publication. Checking back occasionally is worthwhile if you rely on it.
9. Related Policies
This DMCA Policy should be read alongside our other legal documents:
