Terms of Service

Welcome to Digitalizard IPTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digitalizard IPTV website and IPTV streaming service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Digitalizard IPTV ("we", "our", or "us").

Opening an account, buying a plan, or simply carrying on using the Service means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is not to subscribe.

1. Eligibility

The Service is sold to adults only. Using it confirms you are 18 or over and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. Buying on behalf of a business means confirming you have authority to bind it.

2. Account Registration and Accuracy

Some parts of the Service need an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keeping the details current — an address we cannot reach is an account we cannot support.
• Keeping the credentials to yourself, and not passing them to anyone your plan does not cover.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at help@digitalizardiptv.shop

Whatever happens on your line is your responsibility. Accounts opened on details that turn out to be false can be suspended or closed.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans & Pricing

Plans run for the term you buy — one, three, six or twelve months — at the prices on the pricing page. Paying authorises the charge for that term and nothing beyond it.

Fee Changes

Prices can change for future terms. A change never touches a term already paid for: it applies from your next renewal, and only after reasonable notice.

Free Trials

A 24-hour trial may be offered to new users at no cost and with no card taken. It does not turn into a paid plan by itself, and we may withdraw trial offers — including where one person keeps taking them.

Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy, which sets out the 30-day window and the grounds that qualify. Read it before buying rather than after.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service is for lawful use within these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Use it for anything unlawful where you are, or anywhere it reaches.
• Hand your credentials to people your plan does not cover.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise pull apart any part of it.
• Point bots, scrapers or other automated tools at it.
• Send us anything unlawful, defamatory, harmful or infringing.
• Interfere with the running of the Service or the infrastructure behind it.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute access without our written agreement.

5. User-Generated Content

Anything you send us — a message, a review, an attachment — stays your responsibility. Do not send material you have no right to share.

Sending it confirms it breaches nobody else’s copyright, privacy or other rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The site, its design, its software and the Digitalizard IPTV name belong to us and are protected by the usual intellectual-property laws. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.

What you get is permission to use the Service personally and non-commercially for as long as your subscription runs. Reselling it, redistributing the streams or rebuilding the site elsewhere is not covered by that permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms of Service
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failed to pay applicable subscription fees
• Provided false or misleading account information

Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content available through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATCHON TV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Conduct of third parties using the Service
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether Digitalizard IPTV had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and may notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
